    The book advocates getting daily injections of HCG, which is a hormone. Then you stay on a 500 calorie diet, while you go through the injection rounds.

    Although they say it works not everyone is into getting daily hormone shots then sticking to a strict diet. Yes, I know that they say that you can eat whatever you want but that is only once you have reached your goal weight and the injections have been completed.

    Your better off doing it the old fashioned way of eating good foods and trying to fit some type of exercise into your life. Plus by doing daily exercises your body will get fitter and will be healthier.
