there is a kid that my brother knows very well and he is selling his USED 360 for $400. It comes with hard drive, 2 wireless cont. & charger, 5+games.ETC.... Is this a good buy? <extra> the reason he's selling it is, that he wants to get an Elite 360. yeah I know

if you are in the US, that's a pretty good deal considering most used 360 games are about 25-40 bucks right now. The charger new is about 30 to 40 bucks as well, so I would say that's not a bad deal at all.
BUT before you buy it make SURE it works okay and check the outside for dings and scratches, and open the disc tray to check for cracks. You don't want to ruin a friendship over a bad sale.

Yesterday I bought a used 360, it was $300 for everything that came with it in the original box with everything with it. 4 games, an second controller, and a router.
