There is no best one, whether it is good is depend on what's your need. I like to use Daniusoft DVD to Mobile Phone Suite which could convert any DVD(protected DVDs)/ video to Mobile Phone 3GP, AVI, WMV and MP4 video with only three steps. Also it let you set the movie effects.
