Switching from ortho tri cylclen lo to yaz..?

With ortho tri cylclen lo, i was a sunday start. With Yaz i wanted to try something new, and do a day one start. I finished my active pills on my ortho tri clyclen lo. Half way through the inactive pills, i got my period, so i decided to start yaz on the first day of my period, even though i still had a few inactive pills left from the ortho tri cyclen lo. I guess i was supposed to wait until sunday, when all of the ortho tri cylcen lo was finished, including the inactive pills. Is this going to mess up my cycle?
