You can actually do a quote and sort the results based on distance from Smirnoff Center, so that the closest places show up first (and you can see exactly how far away each is).

Head over to http://www.resideo.com/us/texas/dallas/ and click the "Check Availability" button. Choose your dates, submit the form, then select "Smirnoff Music Center" from the 'distance' dropdown.

I did a quote for mid-September, and the closest (and nicest, in my humble opinion) is the Westin City Center -- 4.5 stars, $274/nite, 2 miles away. But, there are lots of options, all within 5 miles...

The Smirnoff is in a part of town that is, er, shall we say, "in transition". You probably don't want to stay nearby, per se.
