our indian police cannot even small medium and big goons , all are here , many seated on top ,?
many regulating those politicians . so is it not that by the formula
IF A = B AND B= C Then , police is indirectly responsible for those goons and isn't it duty of police to secure evidence and witness and show court the truth . but this bridge of providing justice is corrupt aand making country suffer ..

Nexus between bureaucracy, politicians and police is not a phenomena restricted to India.
Besides the entire police force in the country is in for a major over haul as the Hon'ble has laid down set of guidelines to be implemented by all States.
Yes, i agree with you that there is scope for improvement in the Police Force.

It should be mandatory that all people standing for elections have a university degree with top marks cards. Then there will be educated politicians with the right approach and no corrupt people in politics. Having uneducated goondas as policitican is the root cause for corruption in all politicians and police. The police of course are ruled by the politicians. Money and power work. Salman Khan can run over and kill several people but he can go scot free. So much for the law.They are making a mockery of the law and order situation. The law is only for the poor people not for the rich who can buy their way out.

At present, the Indian polity is so much corrupted that no one can purify it except God Himself. Hence, pray God.
