Hard to say. Depends on what type of spider bit you. Were you able to identify it. ie: brown recluse, black jumper, etc. Different bites also can initiate different reactions in different people. For ex: my husband is totally immune to spider bites, most bug bites, poison Ivy, sumac, oak but me: I'm highly allergic and have to carry an EPI pen at all times.
If you have had some sort of reaction like redness and swelling at the site of bite, then yes you need to be seen ASAP. Possibly some sort of anti-venom administered. Call a Physicians First 24/7 place and ask them if you need to be seen. Also you can start running a fever, anything over 102 get to a Dr. fast. If you even could have nausea, vomiting, etc. blurred vision could also come into play. call now.

i need for information to help you! did you get bit by a spider? if so can you breathe? is your chest closing up? is your eyes, face lips or ears swelling? are you itchy and burning all over? if so call your doctor or get someone to drive you to the emergency room.
The effects of spider bites can be a small itchy or painful bump with fang marks, allergic reactions, no affects at all etc.
