Take a good thing for granted. Think that it will be there for ever.

You have said it yourself there is a tiebreaker.
There is no clear winner so it just sits there until another vote is cast.
If you had added the link we could have voted for it.
If it is your question go back to it and cast a vote, and that may do it.

I had 2 yesterday that were finally resolved. One 3 weeks old and another that was 4 weeks old.

What happend was none of the answers seemed very good to the asker so he/she decided to choose "No Best Answer".
