what on earth is wrong with some people?

can some one please explain to me how a person can just simply forget they have a child in the car.like that mother in ohio did, just go to work and leave the child in the car to die.I have 3 children and not once did i ever leave my children in a car.why has she not been charged with this crime?

    I agree. It takes a whole new kind of stupid to forget you have a kid in the car with you! Who put it in there that you didn't notice it was there?? Some people....need to get off the crack!

    This happens every summer, somewhere.

    But to be charged with a crime, there must be proof of intent to commit an unlawful act. If she did not intentionally mean for her child to be injured or die in the car, there is no crime.

    There are a lot of seriously brain dead people running around,

    and they're the ones who shouldn't be having children in the first place.
