I'm getting the OBD Code P2184 "Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor 2 Circuit Low", what does that mean?

Is the sensor busted? is the temperature of coolant low? is the level of the coolant low? are there 2 sensors for this?

    Your temp sensor has died, replace it.

    The sensor is bad, you will need to get a new one.
