According to my vet they do. She's taken courses in cranial massage and has done it for one of my greys when she was having a lot of neck problems.

I've seen this question a couple of times previously and although, I've see it, it's still an excellent question.
Yes, dogs get headaches.
They will usually rub their heads on the floor, it's fairly uncommon for a dog to have a headache, just look for abnormal behavior, especially when rubbing anywhere on the head but the ears. Call your vet should it occur, your dog might of hit its head and will need to be treated.
They usually sleep it off if it isn't caused by a bump, just as a human would. And in that case, you don't need to do anything.
Good luck!

Of course they can. If they have a body part, it is able to cause them pain.
Headaches are caused by constricted blood vessels in the brain. Dogs have brains and blood vessels, so they are very capable of getting head aches.

It is unknown as to whether or not dogs get headaches as there have never been any symptoms to prove that canine headaches exsist.
If your dog is displaying symptoms that his head is hurting, a veterinary visit promptly is important.
