Cort-aid cream & Lanacaine work when applied together. A home remedy that works is bacon grease mixed with baking soda & meat tenderizer. This works great for stings & poison ivy. Hope this helps!

Soak a paper or cloth towel in vinegar and put it on the area that was stung. The vinegar counteracts the sting and helps stop the reaction to it (itching). This was the only thing that stopped the itching when I got stung last summer.

The quickest and ultimate therapy i discovered is to observe ice (or something somewhat chilly like a chilly bottle of father, water, something chilly) at present to the positioning of the element in case you may (this might preclude the venom from spreading). go away the ice on till the stinging soreness stops, then at present rub on a thick previous of baking soda (go away the baking soda on the positioning of the element till it comes off for sure or in case you bathe). The baking soda paste could desire to be left on for 4 hours or so, if achieveable, it is going to draw out the venom. This has consistently worked super, with out itching after! it would be dry blood that have been given to the exterior of the element.yet dont hardship thats not something to rigidity approximately it is going to quickly flow away in case you are trying this technique.

Cut a potato in half and leave it on the area 30-60 seconds. Then get a little baking soda and mix enough water in it to make a paste-like substance. Then put it on the spot and let it dry and leave it on there

Try mud, or go to CVS and look for bee/ant sting remedy. We got some for around 6.00. Neosporin is not meant as pain reliever on that level.
