You will need bees, bee hives and then find farmers willing to let you put the hives near their crops. They usually are happy to do that as the bees provide pollination service.
Beekeeping requires quite a bit of knowledge; I suggest you take an apiary course from a community college or via the Internet

I wish to remind you Bee's are no different than any pets
they take less attention than most.
But at harvest it can be heavy work and,, the costs to start well expensive. some extractors and be rented

Call your County Agent, he should be able to put you in touch with area beekeepers. Most welcome newbies and are willing to show you whats involved. If you like what you see, I'm sure they would help you get started with your own hive. RScott
