When you feed your fish leafy spinach ..........?
Do you cook it a little or just clip it on the veg clip

I feed my saltwater fish spinach and they love it.
The fibers that make the spinach leaf are very tuff and hard for fish to bite through so it must be cooked..What I do is fill a cup with some water and add a piece or two of spinach and nuke it in the microwave for 4 minutes and then attach it to a clip on the side of the tank.

If i was to guess i would wash it with hot water, then maybe boil it to kill some of the bacteria
