Can somebody please correct this grammar?

Nadine is a 24-year-old, 5' 7", 120 lbs, model from Austin, Texas. She's currently looking for paid assignments that will further her career and expand her portfolio. She has been modeling for 6 years off and on. She has been doing photo shoots consistantly for over a year now and built up her portfolio and credits. She loves modeling and she takes it very seriously. It is not only her career but also her passion. She enjoys working with very friendly professionals that strive for excellence.

Hello. I'm a court reporter, and these are the rules we go by:

Nadine is a 24-year-old, five-seven, 120-pound model from Austin, Texas. She's currently looking for paid assignments that will further her career and expand her portfolio. She has been modeling for six years. (I would leave out the off and on. They don't need to know that.) She has been doing photo shoots consistently for over a year now and has built up her portfolio and credits. She loves modeling, and she takes it very seriously. It is not only her career but also her passion. She enjoys working with very friendly professionals that strive for excellence.

I only found two minor corrections: '120 lb model' and 'has built up.'

Lydia H has a nice edit. I will add one other suggestion. Do no use contractions in written works unless they are informal. So replace "She's" w/ "She is".
