Hello,
When I accept receieve a file from a friend in the MSN Messenger . Than , the windows said that they block this file !! It is just a picture . What to do ? How to allow ? Please help .

Check your messenger settings to see if you have it set up to allow file transfers.
Additionally, MSN built in some blockers of certain file extensions in later versions of its messenger products. If the file extension that you are trying to receive is on the list at the following webpage, this could also be the cause of the problem. The file may have to be sent by email, or you can try renaming it, or it can be compressed (zipped) and sent. The list includes:

in any form of document moving application the considerable word is document, so u can in straight forward terms circulate data no longer folders,so use an archiving application like winzip or winrar to transform the folder right into a single document i.e. archive and then deliver it
