How much does it annoy you when the asker doesn't pick a best answer after asking a question?

Omg,Its very annoying..I mean they Sit their and Have time to type of a Question..but then They don't have time to pick a best answer..that someone else took the time to answer...Its freaking annoying.. I don't understand people! haha

It depends on the type of question. It's quite annoying if it's a question that you know alot of people have put some time and effort into answering. I think it's rude not to pick a best answer for them. I don't care so much if it's just a fun question where people can just give quick, easy answers. For some questions a best answer almost seems not applicable. For example, "what's your favorite color?" or "which do you prefer, cake or pie?". It's kind of hard to pick a BA for questions like that. I think I've asked 38 and only didn't pick BA for two. That's only because I didn't get back to them in time.

I really don't get annoyed about it. I just consider the reasons for not doing it. Too many good answers--no good answers--not really into the site and understand it--too lazy--not a responsible person--I could go on but won't. A lot because they end up taking points from you if the question gets deleted.

It's more annoying that it takes 4 hours for them to allow you to choose a best answer which is probably why so many people don't choose one because they forget, or don't feel like going back to it.

I don't mind as I get quite a few Best answers from the voters.

it does annoy me.... so much..... kinda reminds me of how annoying people are that have cell phones and call 911 because they see smoke and tell dispatch that its the biggest structure fire ever... and it turns out to be a campfire... those people should have their phones taken from them... so therefor nontopanswerpickerpeople should have their computers taken from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
