ever had this feeling.................?

really depressed but not able to find the exact reason for it..................thats what im experiencing now..... ;:(

    Yes, I have definitely been there. You need to sit down with yourself and make a list of all the good things and people in your life. Realize that life isn't always easy, but it isn't all bad either. It will get better, but if it doesn't go see your doctor. If you are having other symptoms like sleeplessness, fatique, etc go see your doctor. You may need to be put on an anti-depressant pill. The first step in improving the way you feel is recognizing it as it seems you already have. Good luck and I will keep you in my prayers.

    Yea I have had that feeling. Don't know what brings it on, but sometimes, when I don't even have a reason to, I will feel depressed. Most of the time I am in a quiet state anyway, but then I get upset over nothing and it lasts for a few days, sometimes weeks.

    yeah it's very weired to describe it or why it happens. Don't think theres an actual answer to it but just know it's natural and a lot of people experience it from time to time.. it's just who we are. Nobody can be happy 24/7.. just hope it's a phase, you'll get pass it... If you feel it's been going on for like more then a week, then seek help and who ever treats you can hoepfully come to a conclusion... Go0d Luck

    Yes I have. That's when I first found out that I had depression. I guess I was around 22 when it was diagnosed but looking back I probibly had it since I was a pre-teen.

    Yes honey. We all feel like that from time to time. Its a normal part of the ups and downs of life. This to shall pass.

    Every hour of every day. There are so many reason, I just can't pick the one that's doing the most damage right now.

    that feelling can happen from a night of drinking to much, or withdrawls from someone or something your used to having or seeing. try to figure out whats makin you upset and then try to figure out something that willmake you feel better. i just exercise when im down.
