Where can I find a legal site to download music, that will also let me burn a CD ?

I have looked into Napster and Rhapsody, but you can only download to your computer or mp3. It will not let you make a mp3 or wma CD. I need to keep it legal as I am on a shared network. Any suggestions ?

    You can use napster, then get a file converter to change the file type
