QB: Definitely start Delhomme until Cutler proves to be useful. Neither of them are particularly scary. I would suggest seeing if Alex Smith, Matt Leinart or Matt Schaub are available for pick up.
RB: Again, shaky. LenDale White is useless. He's overweight and incredibly unmotivated. Julius Jones is going to split carries, and last year Marion Barber took a lot of his TDs. Lynch is going to split carries as well, but he has more upside than Julius Jones. I don't knowhow many RBs you start, but I'd start Jones and Lynch (in that order). If Lynch takes off, then start him.
WR: Your best position probably. Smith is a burner, and easily in the top 5 fantasy recievers. Reggie Brown is pretty good, but he's also the number 1 receiver in Philly (unless you count Westbrook as a RB and WR, which they might by the end of the year). Toomer is good, but is getting old and becoming a health liability. Same for Ike, but w/o the health issues.
TE: Gates is the best in the league, bar none. I'm not really sure about Johnson, but I have him on one of my teams, so I should probably learn about him.
K: Crosby hit a game winner this week, so he's on cloud 9 right now. Kasey is good as well.
DEF: Not very good. 49ers are up and coming, and they hit Leinart in the mouth a few times last night. The Bucs aren't nearly what they used to be. Start 49ers.
DP: I'd start Brooks. He's still the star of that D (which isn't really saying much.

QBs- I like cutler and delhomme is one you start based on the team he is playing
RBs- white is out, brown is in, Jones splits with Barber too much to like, lynch is great
WRs- Smith is great, Reggie is suppose to be the man in Philly, and the other two are good bench players and bye week replacements if need be (although Toomer will suffer if Eli is out for a while)
TE- Gates is really the only receiver in San Diego, Johnson is second to Davis and Smith didn't use him last night so figure what that says about Johnson
Ks- Need only one, drop one
DEF- 49ers are a good replacement, and the Bucs aren't what they use to be
D-not my forte but solid
6/10- RBs need work and I'm not convinced on the DEF yet.

Pretty good team on a 16 team league. I recommend dropping one of the Def and picking up another good RB since all of you RBs share carries with another RB except for M Lynch. As far as D players goes, if they get a point for each tackles than it's best to get LB. If you look back into last season you'll see that they are the ones who gets around 100 tackles in a season so that's 100 points where as if you get 2 points for sack you think that's player should be rank higher, but if you think about it. The best sack players (DEs) usually get around 10-15 sack a season and if you times that by you then you only get 20-30 points from that player and they usually don't get much tackles. Same goes for CB who get 2 points for INT.....so the best bet is to take all the tops LB who gets 100 tackles a season. You might want to get some Safety too since they get many tackles and sometimes sacks and INT too.....GOOD LUCK
