you can tell when you have the hiccups because you will hiccup maybe its just butterfly's in you stomach

Probably the hiccups. The first time my baby got them, it took me a while to figure it out...its fast and there is a pattern. My daughter got them from the time I was 6 mos. until I delivered..every day. And she has them all the time now. It is a funny feeling, but always made me smile because it was such a reminder of that little creature in there and always felt better than kicking me or doing the cartwheels she so loved to do. Enjoy that little flutter!

yes the baby probably has hiccups or they could be a lot of little kicks...
