Where in Tokyo can you find some older Star Wars items?
Actually, Action fleet/micromachines items. I know people
who have found Star Wars action fleet/micromachines items,
but won't exactly say where in Tokyo they have found it....

In Tokyo there are 3 places that I know of that have good collection of things that you might want.
Blister - Located in Shibuya, near the corner of Marui, across from the Disney Store. Blister has collectables from Scifi to Movies to Comics.
Kiddy Land - Located in Harajuku. More cool scifi and comic stuff.
Now the really good place is in a back alley in Shimokitazawa. The store seems to move around every few months, why, I dunno. Take the Odakyu line from Shinjuku to Shimokitazawa, get off at Shimokitazawa South exit. The store is in a corner near a Book-Off (used book store). It is receeded back from the street and on the second floor. I forgot the name, but if I remember, I will post it.

Nakano Broadway - I agree with the other answer-giver. Take Sobo line to NAKANO Station from Shinjuku station - about 10 minutes. Enter the covered shotengai, go to the end, and up the escalators. Can't miss it. A cornucopia of collectible treasures of all types. Another area to explore nowadays is Akihabara - its evolved into a mecca for collectible, as well as consumer electronics, but I cannot direct you to any particular store or building - you have to explore and check around, but you will absolutely find the plenty of SW genre stuff.

Nakano Broadway.
Whether you can find there the things you're looking for or not, it's a place worth visiting at least once, esp if you are into anime, manga, movie collectibles and all that other stuff.
Nakano is on the Chuo line, one stop from Shinjuku and the Nakano Broadway is just a 3-minute walk from the north exit of the station. It's a truly amazing place.
