Oh and I have to mention I wear contacts so I don't like it when it gets all over them.

Revlon Colorstay, it lasts forever and won't come off without a waterproof makeup remover. Only costs about $7 and you can buy it at a local drugstore.

good waterproof eyeliner is Maybelline waterproof liquid eyeliner. its worth the money..its only like 6 dollars. people think thats a lot but liquid eyeliner is faboulous. you just have to get used to wearing it. and if you buy black liquid only put it on the top part of the eye's edges. it stayed on all day and i really love it. even after running a mile and dancing after school it did not go away.

Maybellene has a really great one called Unstoppable, and I use Rimel there both really great eye liners Rimel is cheaper when I can't afford Maybellene.

makeup forever has awesome waterproof pencils...they are around 16 bucks though....worth it!!
