Empanada Dough!?

I need a recipe for empanada dough just using flour, water, and sazon. How much of each and what do I do with it? My husband lost his recipe card.

Update:

I said just flour, water, and sazon. All of the other recipes are for a meat pie!

    Empanada dough:

    3-1/2 cups flour

    2 teaspoons baking powder

    1 teaspooon salt

1/2 cup butter, chilled well and cut into 1/2 inch

    pieces

    1/2 cup vegetable shortening

5 tablespoons (or more) cold water

Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Cut in

shortening and butter until mixture resembles a coarse

meal. Add enough cold water for the dough to come

together and form a ball. Knead until smooth. Let rest

    10-15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. On a lightly floured

board roll pastry to 1/8-inch thickness. Using a 5 to

6 inch cutter, punch out rounds.

A little secret for you. I'm just a white boy but love Empanads. My GF is Puerto Rican and I eat my weight in the food, especially every time her mom visits the states. I don't know what state you are in but at Publix and Wal-Mart here the company called Goya sells them premade in the freezer section with the other ethnic foods. From the mouth of her mother who is the pickiest cook in the world, "she loves them". If you find them check each pack that you buy, for some reason the seal breaks quite often and they freezer burned so just make sure they are sealed shut. Then send me some for the advice:)

Yes, Dweins answer was what I was talking about Discos, that's the name of them and they are very good.
