The McCanns are just doing themselves no favours.......What possessed them to.............?

people with guilty conscious do all kinds of crazy things ; they are not playing with a full deck and the more that this goes on, the more actions to prove it; the children should not be with them; they already demonstrated poor judgment and decision making skills and they continue ; when is someone in authority going to get it and give children their rights to be protected ??? Look around at all the people who were later found guilty,they all have bizarre behavior, this couple no exception. Guess it is hard after awhile to look at yourself in the mirror.

Do we forget the evidence that we know to date: they left 3 small children and felt pretty confident to do it !! Abusers keep their inner circle small ; we know a lot about them already and what we know isn't good; are we forgetting their initial behavior ?? poor decision making ; poor judgment, risk and injury to a minor, neglect; and that is just what we already know

It seems to me that the McCanns will do anything and everything to drum up support. What they do not realise it is having the adverse effect. As far as Branson is concerned he can do what he likes with his money. I find him rather eccentric. I am a Virgin Media customer and his donation has certainly not endeared me to him although the two are not in any way related.

No Sue, your not nasty or cynical. I dont know their reasons for releasing the wedding photo. Maybe it is to show a sense of normality, as in "hey look, we are an ordinary couple. We do have emotion. We are not aliens."

Instead of releasing photos of themselves, they should be looking for Madeleine and releasing photos of her.

The could be releasing these photos after receiving all this negative backlash in recent weeks.

I agree with Katie and Susan, the problem is with this 'tactic' there's going to be people saying: 'oh, they are such a lovely couple'. Yeah sure! And Richard Branson supporting two selfish parents who prefered to leave 3 kids under 4 in a unlocked room in a foreign country because they wanted to go to a quiz night? well what about if we stop 'supporting' Mr. Branson's companies? And what is he going to say IF finally they're charged?

I must admit I wonder sometimes if someone is advising them on the things to say and do. There are times they have looked really self involved and uncaring. Maybe they are trying to show they are normal people by releasing wedding photos. I don't see the relevance in this and finding their missing child.

I think they are doing everything to keep public attention on the fact that their daughter is missing, hoping this will help to find her.
