Does anyone know where I can buy a shisha water pipe for a good price in Montreal?

check out the stores on Ave. Mont Royal between St. Laurent and St. Denis. I think there are three or four. I got a small one for 10 bucks at one of the stores, its not super-nice but it's functional. One of the stores has some really really nice ones with three to four bowls on top, with an equal number of hoses.

They are probably at or around $100 if not cheaper.

If you don't like the ones you find up there, there are a few stores on lower St. Denis between Sherbrooke and St. Catherine

I'm pretty sure that you can't smoke shisha in a water pipe. A main component of shisha is molasses, which will keep it from burning with a lighter. You need the coal (and set up) of a hookah. And you would gunk up your water pipe. As far as the best lighter - seeing as coal is necessary the range of a stove is the best to get your coal lit. And as far as going in public - I would definitely advise against it. The moment anything illegal touches that water pipe it becomes paraphernalia, which is very illegal and tends to carry a harsher punishment than typical possession of marijuana. And even if it's only been used for salvia or tobacco (assuming that salvia is legal in your state) people will still flip out if you're chilling outside with a water pipe. I mean honestly, who has a water pipe that doesn't use it for illegal substance(s)? And generally a run in like that with the law will never end favorably. Needless strife.
