Is really cute but is kind of long you should stick with one word so your dog will catch up fast lol.

It's cute, but I recommend that when you are calling the dog, you just use Doogie - as a name with that many syllables is difficult for a dog to learn.

it's kinda cute but experts recommend for training to keep your dog's name to one syllable, also not name them after any thing that sounds like a command ie:- Kit & sit ...ect..
when i was looking to name my dachshund i went through a baby name book on line then an add popped up for the new Bentley and i figured it was a sign, and his name suits him down to the ground (Bentley). try some thing obscure like that, type in your name into a search and name kitty after the first add that pops up - there is always an add popping up somewhere or if you like Eddie (Edward) means "little guardian" not original but i thought it was cute (could be for a boy or girl). or if your into unusual names how about the first 3 letters from your first name and the first 3 of your last, or if you have a name that begings with some thing like a K and your surname is Jones your dog could be Kone or if your surname is something like Carter you could have Kay - Cee and name your pet after you.
