Sonny and Cher had a daughter, Chastity Bono.
Cher has a son named Elijah. After she divorced Sonny she was married to Gregg Allman for awhile and Elijah Blue was her son with Gregg.

Sonny and Cher had Chastity, who is now grown. Cher had Elijah Blue with one of the Allman brothers. You'll see Chastity on the front pages of a lot of newspapers. Have not heard anything about her son.

Elijah Blue is not Sonny's. His father is Greg Allman from the Allman Brother's Band.
Chastity Sun is the only child Sonny and Cher had together and she's in her late 30s now.
And yes she's gay, Mommymonster. So what. Grow up.
