Authentic self worth has to come from a place that is untouchable and unaffected by external circumstance. In that other place, underneath anger there is indeed pain, and under pain is fear, and under fear is no self worth. That is why the false self is always trying to find ways of inflating itself in some way or another. But whatever ploys it uses, if it's attempts can crumple into dust, then they can never be authentic. Authenticity comes from deep within. Authenticity is you, and the reason and meaning that you put behind everything that you undertake. It is not the external result of what you do. It is the intent that you put into what you do. We are tiny buds, ..... and life is about watering and nourishing those tiny buds so that they blossom into the full being of their unawakened potential. :) :) :)

I would love to put my two cents in. When you allow for inflation, that penny is not worth a plug nickel.

For some, you would have overpaid. For others, it would be "worth every penny".

Not with the way inflation has gone up!! By now, it's probably up to $1.00 at least!!
