I am trying to add voip to my dsl line to use but I keep getting a message on my phone saying DHCP failed?
cable not connected. But all the cables are connected. The company trying to set me up is GoodTelCom out of Korea using their cp-100 phone. I need this set up for a job and the company I am working for only uses this company for their VOIP so I cann't change providers. Any help would be appriciated.

It sounds like they may having an issue supporting PPPOE which is basically a tunneling protocol. You are going to need provider help to get this one unsorted.

It sounds to me like you should have some sort of VPN connection, connecting you to your employers network. If the VPN is connecting, but your IP phone is failing to connect to their phone manager software to give your phone an IP address, you may have to contact your ISP, and see if they are blocking specific ports..
I do not believe the phone will just 'work' It has to connect to some sort of callmanager to allow it to work.

As well as asking the provider, ask your employer. If it's for your job then their IS department should help you figure it out.
