when i british actor moves to the states and applies for american citizenship?
do you think they should give up their citizenship of their birth country first if they chose to become a citizen of another country there no longer saying there british or what ever nationality they started out as .

Dual citizenship is acceptable. Especially since foreign actors tend to go back and forth between their home country and the United States for filming purposes.
