Megan Williams, hate crime?

even if it was 6 black people and a white woman getting abused and being called racial names it would be a hate crime. Or if it was 6 Mexicans and 1 Japanese. The fact is that we are all humans and we all come from the same place and we are doing this to eachtoher. Weather it be torcherd of just name calling or just being rude. I wish things were different but it will never be.

It's a hate crime if they did it BECAUSE she was black. She stated that they called her racial slurs and actually told her this was happening to her because she was black. It's possible they were hiding their relationship and when the mother found out, she orchestrated the crime and forced her son to coerce her into the home. But then again, we weren't there and we don't know what was in these people's minds to be able to commit such crimes. The state prosecutor isn't charging them with a hate crime yet because they are pursuing the more outstanding charges that bring longer sentences. Hate crime offenders only get 10 years. I suppose they can add the hate crime on top of everything else but they are only concerned with the kidnapping and assault charges right now. If the federal court system chooses to charge them with a hate crime in a seperate case, they can do so.

Good thing they didn't all die, Jenny. Because 2 years after they were all sent to prison, Megan Williams admitted that she lied under oath against 5 of them and that they did nothing to her. Why were you so quick to accept her lies?

I don't think she knew he was going to make her eat dog crap and stab her so what the heck are you talking about? So every woman who's beat and abused by someone they dated should've known better? You're sounding like you're giving that ignorant theory a little merrit. Why does it matter that it's being considered a hate crime?? Who cares what these animals are charged with??
