Indiana Lottery?
Does anyone know exactly what the rules are on being able to stay anonomous if you win the lottery. I am seriously interested in knowing. I mean can they actually make you be photographed and your name used and everything. I think you should have the right to stay anonomous.

You can remain anonymous except to the state lottery, and the government, both federal and state for tax purposes. Otherwise you have every right to remain anonymous. I live in INdiana and i know someone who won and i think she was given the choice, but if you want to remain anonymous i would stress that to the state lottery and keep a tight lip.

Well if you win well at least in my state it's 600 bucks then they must tax you. I think that's dumb. Why offer money when they say oh I am taking that back. So you wouldn't be anonymous int that case.
