The Indiana Lottery?
If I were to win a large amount of money and I did not want anyone to know do I have the right to keep my name from being used. Do I have the right to remain anonymos? Does anyone know about the rules in this situation?

I live in Indiana and i am pretty sure that the only people who have to know ur name and that u won other than yourself, would be the state lottery, the US government (IRS) for tax purposes, and the state of indiana also for tax purposes, other than that you can remain anonymous. You probably might want to stress that you prefer to remain anonymous just to be sure it stays that way.

i would want to stay anonymous as well but i think that the rules say you have to publicize your name.
