Does anyone know where i can see online a list of things that i need in order to organize a BBQ get together for more than 110 + students/parents?

Get strawberry daquri's mud slides, pin colata's all that good stuff! get performers, get the most hottest music on the charts now. by performers i mean dancers to entertain ppl.have kiss or diss as a game, you ask the person if u would kiss this person or not.Have the most coolest gift bags ever filled with like a gift card or anything interesting make a big enterance, get a bartender (They can make those drinks i suggested without the alchohol)Maybe a food bar that has all kind of different food's dont forget junk food.Maybe b-4 the party u take them to a roller rink then drive them back 2 ur place (Or were ever party is) in a party bus.

Go to recipezaar (see below) and then do a search for bbq and it will have lots of recipes for you.
The best part is that in the upper left of each recipe it says how many servings it makes and you can click on the change button and change it to however many you need.

It would be the same things you need for 5 people but only a lot more of it.
