So, patriotwww, it's a shame that anyone should speak english that way. Specially when it comes to be the Portuguese prime Minister and the president of the E.U.

English is not a languange of the Anglo-Americans and so forth. English is, today, the universal language of culture, knowledge and progress taking a place formelly occupied by Latin.
