changing a manual transmission to an automatic. I have a 1969 Ford F150 and its a stick and i want to make it an automatic. so plz help me out plz anything

    You know this is going to run in the neighborhood of $5,000 right. You need more than just the tranny. You need the tranny, tranny mounts, ECU from the 5 speed, Complete wiring harness from the 5-speed, shift linkages, pedal assembly, clutch master cylinder, hydraulic lines, a new distributor, shifter, shift boot, the 5-speed console for the interior, axles, flywheel, and various other little parts.

    if the tranny you have will mount up to the bell housing just putthe shifter linkage thruoghthe floor they sell kits at any autoparts store

    a new paint job,new upolestry,chop bed ,

    an d rebuild motor an d add chrome.
