have you also tried anti spyware? i suggest you to download free anti spyware: http://www.2-spyware.com/compare2.php
update it and run a scan. maybe the tool you use for removing malware is not powerful enough.

try to download vundofix.exe and superantispyware from download.com. I got rid from trojan from these software. You can also download AVG. You can install these software on your PC all at the same time for better protection
