are alterna shampoos any good and how much are they?
my hair is thin and damaged and I want it to be healthy and strong.
but how much? it wont say on the alterna website

I am in cosmetology school and our school carries alterna products. My hair is so damaged, like unbelievably damaged.. haha.. but it is getting better since i have been using the caviar moisture shampoo and conditioner. I LOVE IT!! you have to get it.

Biolage is AMAZING- It's pricey though, around $20 a bottle, but it's so worth it.
Garnier- Still a good brand, much cheaper, around 6-10 dollars a bottle depending on size.
I personally use both. My Biolage system, though, cost me around $50 altogether. A cheaper alternative is Bioter.
