I never used it and never breast fed (thumbs down coming my way) but my milk went in around 4 days naturally. It was quite painful for a few days but never had any problems once it had dried up. It is just a bit of an inconvenience when you are at that stage where you leak. Don't worry about others peoples opinions, they don't know your circumstances and even if they do it is none of their business. Sorry I can't help more but good luck.

I never used it. When I had my children, I bottle fed and the Dr told me they don't like giving that anymore, they like you to dry up naturally. It is painful for a couple days, but a good support bra & frozen cabbage leaves really help.

Depends on the individual, but natural feeding is the best thing you can do for your child, anything else is second best.
