Venice is really north and still close to the mountains. I live in Italy and I can tell you right now its raining. However March in Venice you should be ready for rain. Highs will be around 40-60 F, and lows from 30-40F. or 5-12 C, and 0-5 C respectively. This is the rainy time of the year so you should be prepared for rain.

well, I live here since 1979 so I can tell you for sure: in november it's cold, sometimes very cold!
