Ok, I thought this was a pretty well known Jamaican song but when I googled it with what i thought was the title I got nothing. I remember even doogie howser sang it in some movie with Whoopie goldberg (best answer if you can tell me both..) maybe I need help with my search

i also know Toots sang it...thats the version I like best but cant find it... anybody know the album?
