Do you have songs you remember when you was kid. Did you ever lock a moment in time in your memory with a song. Do you hear a song and a moment in time is remembered you can see that place and time like a video! ... anyone else ever skate in an old school skating rink that was outside and made from concrete! ;-)

The song I remember the most was called Rolly Poley Daddy Little Fatty. My Dad sang this song to me all the time. And yes it bring back good time's that I had with my Dad. He passed away about 10 years ago and I still miss so much.

Yes to both...the songs and the rink.

Actually, I can remember songs so well with a memory attached that people can ask me for a year and sometimes even a month that a certain song came out on the radio and i can nail it...just by remembering where I was and what I was doing when I first heard the song.

The song and memory that came to mind was listening to Deep Purple sing Smoke on the Water in my parents' store while I was playing with my toys. Won't tell you how old I was! lol I all of a sudden also remembered hearing Let's Get Rocked - Def Leppard for the first time as I was riding a ferry with the wind blowing in my face. The stereo in my truck was booming the song and people on deck were asking me to turn it louder! lol

When I was a kid I always used to Watch "Puff, The Magic Dragon"... He lived by that sea and frolicked in the autumn mist. In a land called "Honalee"... Makes me cry at the good times. The ones that are gone now.

I remember my dad playing Sammy Hagar and Earth, Wind & Fire songs whenever he drove me places as a child. I specifically remember one time we were driving to my school and listening to "There's Only One Way To Rock."
