Number 4 cyl.rod bearing burned, will start up and run but only for short time. Interior Good condition,Newer Brakes and Tires.

You can't be 100% sure, especially just based on that description.
However, in regards to what is described:
If the rod bearing is burned you will probably need to rebuild the engine, and replace at least that one rod.
Unfortunately, as anyone who's rebuilt an engine before knows... you could find other issues. The head could have some warpage and require resurfacing. There could be damage to the crankshaft around the #4 connecting rod, requiring a new crankshaft or at least some creative machining.
Usually in these circumstances, it is best to assume you need a new engine.
