Citroen C2 VTS Alternatives?

Hi there,

I need to put in an order for my new copany car. I do appointments round cities so something small is essential, but also needs to have enough poke to make sure I don't get stuck behind sunday drivers.

I'm keen on the Citroen C2 VTS, but can anyone suggest any alternatives I should also look at?

Thanks in advance

Update:

Sorry, should have made it clear, it being leased through my business so it'll never get to more than 3 years old before being replaced.

To be honest i wouldn't go for a Citroen c2 if you intend to keep it for more than the 3 year guarantee, after the 3 year guarantee the reliability tends to drop. See what you think of the vauxhall Astra new shape, the 1.7 turbo diesels are quite quick. Or if you like Citroens, i owned a c4 1.6HDi and that was very nippy

Get the c2 VTS.. I got one, its a brilliant car, even better if you dont want to be a mates taxi(not much room in back)

Takes a bit of getting used to the clutch,, really light.. But its a brilliant car once its past it's 1000th mile

Best Car I have driven, nippy easy to reverse and well I'm not changing mine in a few years, going to keep it till it falls apart from old age!!

Fast off in 1st nippy about towns and cities and feels really safe to drive, go for it!

Source(s): Own one, only done 2300 miles and loved every mile, well loved every mile more after it hit 1000

Check Peugeot 207, maybe a little larger than the C2 but it is a very nice car. Also consider the Renault Twingo, the new one is more serious looking than the old one.

You should consider the new C2 VTS. Just been launched with 1.6 diesel engine. Hell of a lot more economical than the petrol twin cam i bet.

    Source(s): Work on them.
