Welcome to the world of bodybuilding!!
First off you need to make sure your not over training, the amount of sets should work with what your eating.
Soreness is something thats always going to happen when your training, you need to get used to that feeling. If your training hard you need to increase the amount of protein your taken in, and increase the volume of food your eating in general. IM going to guess by how sore you are that your going to the gym and really pushing your self you your limits, which is great, but you need to give back to your body by putting back what you have just taken by increasing the amount of food.
Remember Protein helps build and repair muscle, without it your never going to recover and never going to grown, and all your hard hours in the gym are just a waste of time.
My advice to you is to greatly increase your food intake, in a big way, especially your high quality protein such a chicken, fish, tuna and lean beef.

Take an Advil or ibuprofen to take the edge off the pain until you recover. Sounds like you over did it yesterday. Eventually if you keep working out you will get stronger and be able to do more exercise without the incredible soreness afterwards.

You have to stretch out and move. don't make it so that you hurt yourself more, but don't just sit around either. Sitting around will make it worse
