are there any things to help control adult add for reading and studying?
I work full time, go to school @ night, and have 2 little boys, so I to stay busy all the time. I just need to concentrate better at studying.

Have you talked to your doc. about taking any prescription meds? I too have adult add and after starting adderrall I was able to concentrate better on all the forms and paper work that I have to do everyday. I would also suggest studying and and doing any assignments that you might have in a quiet room where there are little to no distractions. I hope this helps.
