What does the Puerto Rican phrase Odio Al Chota mean?
This was a tatoo that one of Puerto Rico's most notorious murderers had and I was reading his biography and came across this piece of information.
Does anyone know what it means. I am spanish speaking and I'm figuring it means "I Hate Squeelers/Whistleblowers" but I am not sure if I am correct.
I say that I am looking for the meaning of the "Puerto Rican" phrase because I realize that in different latino countries the same phrase can mean different things. I am looking for the meaning of the phrase and NOT the meaning of the word.

Yes Puerto Ricans are US citizens 1.yes we have US passports and we can travel through the US with only an ID 2.We can work over there just like if we were moving through PR 3.We speak Spanish at home, school and work, over 50% of Puerto Ricans don't know English (shocking though), but we have an English class at our school that its required and we get better jobs if we know English and some words are mixed between English and Spanish in our every day talk.
