please can anyone give me a rundown on the Mitsubishi Colt cz1.?

I am thinking of buying a Mitshubishi Colt cz1 and would like some first hand information regarding the overall durability of the car. Information from owners over the past two years would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

I own a South Pacific version of the Colt, called "Plus", with the 1.5-Litre engine and a CVT transmission. The car runs like a clock, of course, being a Colt, legendary for reliability. I am blown away by the fuel economy of it (I get 5.6L/ 100km!), and it drives wonderfully.

By the way, I traded an old S-class Mercedes to buy this. No regrets.

Thick A-pillars create dangerous blind spots. I own a '01 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT Spyder and the ragtop roof has the same problem. Mitsubishi must not be very mindful of that. If you buy this car just make sure you get a small convex mirror to stick in the corner of your right side mirror to eliminate the blindspot for lane changes (Couple dollars @ Walmart). Using it takes a bit of getting used to, but believe me, its a must. Safety is always number one right? Other than that though, looks like an excellent car.
