    Yep

    Less Drama

    Less Letdown

    Less Disappointment

Less Lies you have to hear

    Less Aggravation

There's a lot of positives to it...

Source(s): I have to add... The girl who said someone who is anti social has something wrong with them.... Not necessarily true, I would probably be considered anti social, but you see, I was very social at a time in my life, and learned that most people aren't even worth talking to.. They are just someone to talk to, they don't care what happens to you, they will stab you in the back to get ahead, they will, cheat and steal to get ahead. I know not everyone is like this, but I'm certainly not putting my sanity on the line anymore for people who are most likely not true friends.. I am happier just sitting in the corner looking and listening to people in coffee shops or public places spouting off about how cool they are, and telling bold face lies... and I'm so happy i'm not a part of that conversation... I do much better on my own, with my very very few hella close friends.

A lot of times this behavior comes from a person being hurt so much he/she guards themselves from others in one way or another. So-yes-if the person is otherwise mentally healthy, he/she finds it safe and comfortable to be anti-social. He/she can be wary of other people and just prefer to stay away from them bbecause they dont wan to be hurt again and again.

But other types of anti-social behavior can be disturbing. Siuch as, people who NEVER leave their houses and become paranoid neurotics and live in a state of psychosis of some kind.

Source(s): Was an anti-social kid who grew up to understand the what when whys and hows of this. But I was NEVER in a psychosis state and I DID leave the house and behave like a human once in a while.

People that are anti-social will get the job done at all costs, however there are a lot of hurt people and destruction along the way. The only question is: is it worth it?

I used to have social anxiety very badly.

People are not solitary...they need people and when someone or something rejects something that is good for them...like bathing, eating, or building friendships, something is really wrong.

No there is not anything good about it. All these answers you are getting is stuff you can do whilst being social anyway.

To an extent. It's okay, if your dumping bad company, and so you hibernate awhile; (anti social by the bad company)

Poetically, yes if you are combining it with the arts, but, not to the extent of being arrested by the authorities. It's okay to color outside the lines on occasion.

No, it's not healthy, if it is destroying your good life in the outside world.

Well, if the individual with the anti-social behavior isn't a likeable person to begin with (i.e. horrid personality), then I guess it's good for everyone else. >_>
